We need to output HTML fragment with headings

Join us in our mission to improve the health and well-being of our patients, members, and communities. We need to remove EEO, etc. We need to produce sections: About the role (maybe from Position Summary Statement), Responsibilities (Essential Duties), Requirements (Minimum Qualifications?), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications?), Skills (maybe combine knowledge, skills, abilities), Benefits (Benefits Designed...), Pay (none), Schedule (none). Since Pay and Schedule not present, we should not include those sections. We need to decide which headings to use. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Thus we will include sections: About the role (from Position Summary Statement), Responsibilities (Essential Duties), Requirements (Minimum Qualifications), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications), Skills (maybe combine knowledge, skills, abilities from both min and pref?), Benefits (Benefits Designed...). Possibly also include "Organizational Expectations" but not in list; we could incorporate into About the role or maybe as separate section? The instruction only gives examples; we can add other headings if needed but better to stick to given ones. The values and expectations could be part of About the role or maybe a separate "About Us". But "About Us" is not in the list; we could incorporate into About the role or maybe a separate section like "About the organization". However instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role...). Likely they expect only those headings. We'll map content accordingly. Thus:

About the role

To create schedules and other reports needed to staff the hospital on a 24-hour basis. Coordinates the staffing and information needs of the hospital while striving for enhanced staff satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Scheduling Software Data Bank: Enter and update employee information. Adjust posted schedules as changes occur. Maintain scheduling software.
  • Create Reports: Produce daily staffing rosters. Keep holiday logs updated. Work with nurse managers to create four week schedules that balance the needs of the floor and the staff. Provide additional reports to nurse managers and supervisors as needed.
  • Provide Customer Service: Answer general and specific questions regarding reports, schedules and procedure, posed by staff and nurse managers. Be accessible by phone and in person: check mail boxes daily; respond in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to Department Operation: Back-up support for the staffer. Cover other SSCs and staffers as needed. Be proactive meeting staffing needs: doing daily, weekly and monthly look-aheads; calling/paging as needed. Improve department process. Other job related responsibilities as assigned by cluster or supervisor.
Note: The percentages can be omitted? They are part of content but we can keep them maybe as part of list items. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep the percentages maybe as part of the description. Could embed them in the list items. Eg: "(35%) Maintain Scheduling Software Data Bank: ..." We'll keep them. Thus list items include the percentages.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: NA. Licensure/Registration/Certification: NA. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: PC and data entry skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize/manage a multitude of projects. Familiarity and compliance with matters of law, regulations and internal policies affecting the employment relationship, including but not limited to HIPPA, FMLA, ADA, discrimination and harassment laws. PC, Microsoft Word and Excel, pagers, multiple phone lines, staffing and scheduling system, epaging, the Learning Point.

But we need to avoid repeating "NA" maybe it's okay as it's substantive? It says NA meaning not applicable. That's still substantive? It's placeholder but it's actual content. It's not filler like "commensurate with experience". It's okay. We could phrase as: Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: NA; Licensure/Registration/Certification: NA; Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: PC and data entry skills; Ability to work independently and prioritize/manage a multitude of projects; Familiarity and compliance with matters of law, regulations and internal policies affecting the employment relationship, including but not limited to HIPPA, FMLA, ADA, discrimination and harassment laws; PC, Microsoft Word and Excel, pagers, multiple phone lines, staffing and scheduling system, epaging, the Learning Point. Better to keep as a paragraph.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications: Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: Background in staffing/scheduling and/or customer service experience preferred. Licensure/Registration/Certification: NA. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Mathematical ability, problem solving skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and organization desired.

We could also combine Skills section: maybe separate Skills from Requirements/Qualifications. But we already have knowledge, skills, abilities in both. Could create a Skills section summarizing skills: PC and data entry skills; ability to work independently; prioritize/manage multiple projects; familiarity with HIPPA etc.; mathematical ability; problem solving; excellent communication and customer service; organization. However we risk duplication. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine Requirements and Qualifications into one "Requirements" section that includes both minimum and preferred. But they gave separate headings; we could still include both if they have content. They do have content. So we keep both. Skills section: Could be redundant; maybe we omit Skills because the knowledge, skills, abilities are already covered in Requirements and Qualifications. But we could still include a Skills section summarizing key skills: PC and data entry skills; ability to work independently; prioritize/manage multiple projects; familiarity with HIPPA, FMLA, ADA, discrimination and harassment laws; mathematical ability; problem solving; excellent communication and customer service; organization. However that would duplicate info. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Summarizing could be considered summarizing away detail? It's still preserving but maybe okay. However they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Having Skills separate may be thin. Better to omit Skills section and let Requirements and Qualifications cover skills. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits. Check Benefits: We have a Benefits Designed To Support Your Total Health paragraph. That's substantive. So include Benefits. Now ensure we removed boilerplate: EEO, etc. Also removed "About Us" maybe we could incorporate into About the role? But About the role already has position summary. About Us is separate descriptive of organization. Could we add an "About the organization" section? Not in list but maybe we could add as a section like "About HealthPartners". However instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). It doesn't
