Scheduling Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Reconcile scheduling-focused coordination with business support, ensuring each checkpoint within marketing initiatives (strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics) includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action.
- Coordinate Park 6 logistics role documentation with status tracking, maintaining visibility of source, owner, status, and next action for all scheduling-focused coordination tasks.
- Review workflow and deadline management, ensuring checkpoints remain traceable and actionable within the marketing operating environment.
- Document processes and generate reports to maintain transparency and accountability for scheduling-focused coordination.
- Maintain quality control through source verification, ensuring data accuracy and traceability in all scheduling-related tasks.

Pay
Base salary: $41,000–$62,000 per year.
