About No Worries Care No Worries Care is a locally owned home care agency helping seniors and adults stay safe and independent at home across Washington and Oregon. Our office team makes sure every caregiver is trained, supported, and set up to succeed. About The Role We are hiring a full-time Scheduling Coordinator to own the Tacoma schedule. You work in person at our Tacoma office, Monday through Friday, daytime. You make sure every client visit is covered and every caregiver knows where to be. What You Will Do Build and manage caregiver schedules in WellSky; fill open shifts; handle call-offs and last-minute changesMatch caregivers to clients and coordinate introductions; keep caregiver availability currentWork with our recruiters on new-caregiver start dates and with our Care Manager on care plans and supervisory visitsCheck DSHS/Medicaid and VA authorizations and EVV, and finalize shifts each pay period so billing and payroll run cleanBe a calm, friendly point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers What We Are Looking For 2+ years of scheduling or care coordination (home care, home health, senior living, or healthcare staffing preferred)Someone who wants to stay and grow with usWellSky/ClearCare, EVV, or ProviderOne experience is a plusFamiliarity with Washington DSHS or Medicaid is a plusOrganized and steady under pressureValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insuranceMust pass a Washington State DSHS background checkHigh school diploma or equivalent Pay And Benefits $27 to $31 per hour, depending on experienceFull time, Monday through Friday, daytime10 days paid vacation, plus Washington paid sick leaveHealth, dental, life, and disability insurance401(k) with company matchPhone stipendMileage reimbursement
