About the role
Hallford Travels is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for hands-on work centered on coverage reliability and the day-to-day demands of personalized leisure vacations, cruises, all-inclusive stays, itineraries, suppliers, and traveler support. The role ensures confirmed facts are separated from assumptions and unresolved questions within leisure travel operations.
Full-time, associate-level position. 100% remote within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Review and maintain current schedules and coverage records to support scheduling coordination within leisure travel operations.
- Analyze workload against available capacity to ensure efficient scheduling coordination.
- Flag coverage gaps before they affect service, ensuring reliability in scheduling coordination.
- Document schedule changes and ownership clearly for traceability and accountability.
- Prepare workforce status reporting to keep the team informed and aligned.
Requirements
- Confident use of Workforce Scheduling and Attendance Monitoring tools.
- Ability to apply scheduling coordination without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
- Clear documentation of process improvement decisions for team reference.
- Sound judgment in quality control, including knowing when to escalate issues rather than making assumptions.

Pay
Base salary: $38,000–$52,000 per year.
