Responsibilities

• Ensure facility is adequately staffed for each work shift to comply with state and federal regulations.
• Organize and prepare schedules based on availability, census, time off requests, and vacancies.
• Work with other departments to fill vacant positions and meet facility staffing requirements.
• Maintain attendance records.
• Respond to employee calls regarding scheduling issues and prepare written correspondence as necessary.

Requirements

• Previous staffing experience is required.
• Ability to relate with all staff, potential patients, and family members.
• Service-oriented with a positive, enthusiastic, empathetic, and respectful demeanor.
• Capable of organizing tasks and managing multiple priorities.
