About the Role

The Scheduling Coordinator operates within Brand strategy, visual identity, design, marketing, paid/social/email campaigns, analytics, operations, and customer support. This role focuses on scheduling coordination to maintain operational control, ensuring decisions reflect the actual operating environment across these domains.

The Scheduling Coordinator must keep confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions visibly separate while executing scheduling tasks. Every checkpoint must leave a clear record of source, owner, status, and next action, following a scheduling-focused, coordination-owned work profile.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain scheduling coordination with business support, ensuring visibility of source, owner, status, and next action within brand strategy, visual identity, design, marketing, paid/social/email campaigns, analytics, operations, and customer support.
  • Reconcile branding role documentation with status tracking for scheduling coordination, leaving a traceable record of source, owner, status, and next action.
  • Coordinate workflow and deadline management, ensuring all checkpoints are visible and actionable within the specified operational context.
  • Review documentation and reporting to maintain clarity and traceability for scheduling coordination.
  • Enforce document quality control with source verification to prevent downstream rework.

Decision Pattern & Quality Standards

Strong scheduling coordination ensures operational control remains usable under the demands of brand strategy, visual identity, design, marketing, paid/social/email campaigns, analytics, operations, and customer support. Work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear owners, and repeated errors must be surfaced before causing rework.

  • Apply Elevare Branding Workflow Context and Operations Coordination confidently in scheduling tasks.
  • Maintain data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
  • Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning.
  • Use judgment in follow-ups, especially when scheduling depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
  • Ensure workflow management, deadline management, and exception tracking are current; incomplete signals keep work open.
