Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update scheduling systems to reflect precise interpreter availability
- Handle last-minute schedule changes, cancellations, and urgent requests efficiently
- Track and maintain records of assignments, interpreter performance, and client feedback
- Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to support general service delivery
