Job Requirements ABS Kids is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! This is a unique position where you will schedule Behavior Technicians based on their home location and match them to clients based on where they live. If you have prior experience scheduling in a mobile clinical environment or for a large group (30-40) of medical providers and enjoy "putting pieces of a puzzle together", then we want to talk to you! Our Administrative Support team members play a vital role in advancing our mission to make a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. Fill permanent scheduling needs based on patient needsProficient in software systems, excel and google suiteUpdate patient and staff availability in Central ReachMaintain up to date records on the availability of staff and patientsUpdate databases with incoming schedule changesModify and update patient schedules as necessaryAddress concerns with filling schedules/communication directly with ABA Lead SchedulerEvaluate staffing needs per regionCommunicate all schedule changes to appropriate staffAnalyze reports on scheduling status of cases and fulfillment of service hoursUtilize scheduling and reporting software to manage patient and staff schedulesAdhere to federal HIPAA regulations, as well as any company policies & procedures Who are we looking for? Minimum High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferredA minimum of 1 year of customer service experiencePrior medical office and/or scheduling experience preferredPrior scheduling experience at an ABA service provider or in another relevant complex scheduling environment strongly preferredStrong organizational and communication skills to build and foster effective relationshipsAbility to prioritize work and good time management skillsAbility to work independently and adapt quickly to new policies and protocolsMust demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and exceptional customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsComputer literacy skills including Microsoft Office Who We Are It’s in the wow moments that we find our purpose at ABS Kids.
