What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage daily clinical staffing to ensure seamless practice operations across all sites
• Execute real-time scheduling updates for call-ins and shift adjustments
• Assign providers daily based on shift type, credentialing status, and surgeon requests
• Communicate daily schedules and updates to staff and hospital partners
• Track attendance, shift compliance, and hours worked for payroll or productivity purposes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• AA or BA preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare industry with documented upward mobility
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Experience in scheduling software, specifically Spinfusion
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse personalities
• Experience in a leadership or staffing role within a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and credentialing processes
• Skills in gathering, reporting, and analyzing information
