About the role
The purpose of this position is to help achieve the vision of Carle Home/Hospice Services by performing the duties of this position in a cost effective, results oriented and customer focused manner. This position is a critical component of the team structure within the Service Office and as such meeting individual performance and contribution to team performance goals is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide data base management and maintenance to daily data entry activities and maintain the data in the Epic computer systems.
- Absorb and process incoming calls.
- Assist clinical field staff ordering medical supplies and DME.
- Prepare for and attend Team Meetings.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed.
- Appropriately triage incoming calls.

Pay
The compensation range for this position is $18 per hour - $29.13 per hour.
