Scheduler - MEP

Job Description

McGraw Kokosing is a leading industrial maintenance contractor based in Middletown, OH. We serve a diverse range of industries including steel, power, oil and gas, and food and beverage, providing comprehensive services such as planned plant outages, emergency maintenance, and capital improvement projects for both new and existing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Development, maintenance, and analysis of a project schedule
• Supporting the project management team, including self-performed and subcontractor scopes of work
• Create master schedules for projects ranging in size and complexity
• Independently or with a project team, ensure accurate planning and execution of all stages of the construction process in a timely manner
• Work on the construction site most days

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration preferred or experience in lieu of degree
• 2+ years of experience in Project Scheduling, preferably MEP trades on construction projects
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Cloud and / or Primavera P6
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience performing critical path, earned value, and schedule impact analysis is preferred
