Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the development team

- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software management or similar role
- Experience leading a team of developers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
