- Ensures proper staffing is kept at all times in the facility to meet the needs of the Residents while in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as budget and census guidelines.
- Helps the BOM with HR responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma/Equivalent
- Computer Skills - Microsoft Word/Excel
- SNF/LTC Experience
