Scheduler Maintenance Specialist / Facility Manager (Ft. Hunter Liggett, CA)

Essential Responsibilities and Tasks

PD Systems is seeking a Scheduler Maintenance Specialist / Facility Manager to support exercise training at Fort Hunter Liggett, CA.

Minimum Requirements

• Physical ability to walk, inspect, and/or monitor rooms and barrack facilities and associated facilities.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and/or annual inspections of base operation and living facilities. Inspection areas include, but are not necessarily limited to: lighting, plumbing, basic electrical, furniture condition, flooring issues, safety hazards, quality of life issues, and a basic HVAC knowledge.
• Communicate findings from inspection items to leadership chain in both written and oral fashion.
• Participate in the stocking of supplies and the inspection and light housekeeping of common areas.
• Have at least a moderate level of computer literacy.
• Provide support with furniture inspections which includes the physical ability to lift, move, push, pull at least 50 pounds, physical ability walk up to approximately ½ mile, squat, bend, stand, and sit.
