Responsibilities
- Maintains compliance with contract specifications and Gilbane’s Baseline Operations Playbook
- Aids project personnel in creating phasing/logistics plans
- Prepares CPM scenarios for management and recommends completeness, accuracy, and project status
- Communicates with owners to ensure customer satisfaction or implements corrective actions
- Performs schedule and delay analyses and presents recovery recommendations
- Monitors and notifies management of project risks related to schedule and delays
- Supports project pursuits and prepares fee proposals, RFP responses, and presentation content
- Documents schedule basis and critical assumptions for internal and owner use
- Counsels and mentors less experienced schedulers and project team members
- Trains others on CPM methods and concepts
- Conducts monthly schedule project audits
- Trains Project Managers and Superintendents on scheduling and software use
- Produces project schedule narratives for submission to owners
- Supports regular jobsite walks with the project team
- Supports team in addressing project risks and ensuring compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 4-12 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Thorough understanding of scheduling principles and methodologies, including Critical Path Method, Last Planner, etc.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Lean Construction Techniques
Qualifications
- Self-sufficient in document control and office software (Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Office)
- Proficient in scheduling software (Primavera, Microsoft Project, Touchplan, Hoylu, Netpoint)

Benefits
Salary range: $105,000 - $144,000 plus benefits and retirement program
