Position Summary
The Scheduler II is responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining project schedules and associated resource plans. This role is also responsible for posting and reporting of schedules, incorporation and maintenance of baseline and EVM data within project schedule and adherence to scheduling/resource planning processes, WBS standards and SOPs (standard operating procedures).
Essential Functions
- Aid in the development and maintenance of performance management baseline, project schedules, work center master schedules, supplemental schedule(s) for supporting projects and schedule-related EVMS data and documents
- Develop and maintain long-range production resource plans
- Hold meetings with CAMs (Control Account Managers) and Foremen
- Internally communicate with Planning, Production and Material Control, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Program Management, Marketing, Finance, and Senior Management
