Scheduler I (Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm)

Essential Functions

• Verifies and/or schedules shipping dates
• Scans cases
• Serves as liaison to other departments
• Timely communicates with dental offices regarding changes to shipping dates and verifies case information via phone or email
• Updates case boxes, work order/case tracking system, and customer management system to reflect changes in shipping dates
• Creates modeless case pan; coordinates with digital team for model printing
• Maintains awareness of production flow and schedules new shipping dates as necessary
• Monitors rush case flow to ensure timely completion; coordinates with Management and Call Center staff
• Informs next work shift team of important production updates
• Ensures cases contain RX photos; prints and locates cases to combine materials if needed
• Utilizes GO Location Scan to track cases' location and status on the production floor
• Prints/reprints prescriptions from work order/case tracking system as necessary
• Timely scans cases to update location tracking as they move to different locations
• Sets cases to Dental Technicians through DL Touch
• Maintains Outlook email inbox
• Performs other related duties and projects as required by business needs under direction of management

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum six (6) months to one (1) year of call center experience
