Your positive contribution to our culture is what allows our clinics to thrive. As a Scheduler, You Will:
- Communicate with care to all prospective families; you are often the first interaction people have with Monkey Mouths.
- Communicate well with other departments to gather information (authorizations, scheduling, billing, etc) inside and outside of Monkey Mouths.
- Collaborate with other team members to include Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Audiology, and Administrative Staff.
- Input accurate information into Practice Perfect & CounselEar.
- Assist families and therapists with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments & evaluations using Practice Perfect & CounselEar.
- Ensure the profitability of the company by managing therapy schedules and contacting an average of at least 10 calls per full work day.
- Maintain company standards, by enforcing our attendance policies.
- Utilize many websites and portals to obtain insurance information for families.
- Attend trainings and meetings set by your Clinical Director, Supervisor, or Company Owner.
- Actively communicate by email through Microsoft Outlook.
- Utilize our payroll system to report time worked and request time off.
- Abside by all company Policies & Procedures.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift at least 30lbs.
- Must be able to read small print.
- Must be able to interact verbally with children, caregivers and the public.
- Must be able to type on a keyboard.
- Must be able to answer telephones.
