SCHEDULER (FULL TIME)
About the role
Canteen is hiring a full-time SCHEDULER position immediately. The role is located at Canteen - 171 Covington Lane, Bloomingdale, IL 60108. Online applications are accepted only. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Previous Excel experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Manages the daily scheduling process for all SmartService vending routes.
- Utilizes Cantaloupe scheduling software to dynamically schedule each route.
- Merges each route using Cantaloupe merchandising tools.
- Acts as a backup line pick line supervisor as needed.
- Communicates daily with drivers and CSMs regarding schedule changes, POG changes, merchandising, missed picks, skipped stops, etc.
- Provides updates to senior management and shares progress with drivers.
- Acts as a backup picker as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Route driver experience at the branch (preferred).
- Able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
- Computer technical skills (Excel, analytics, new technologies, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and detail-oriented.

Pay
$22.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour.
