SCHEDULER (FULL TIME)

About the role

We are hiring immediately for a full time SCHEDULER position. The location is Canteen - 2305 Daniels Street, Dubuque, IA 53718. Online applications are accepted only.

Responsibilities

• Manages the daily scheduling process for vending and markets.
• Utilizes Cantaloupe scheduling software to dynamically schedule each route.
• Merges each route utilizing Cantaloupe merchandising tools.
• Acts as a backup line pick line supervisor as needed.
• Communicates daily with drivers and CSMs regarding schedule changes, POG changes, merchandising, missed picks, skipped stops, etc.
• Provides updates to senior management and shares progress with drivers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous scheduling, bookkeeping, Microsoft Office, dispatching, and logistics experience are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Computer technical skills (excel, analytics, new technologies, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and detail oriented.

Pay

$20.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour.

*Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available

Schedule

Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, or 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, or 8:00 am to 4:30, to be determined. Further details upon interview.
