Responsibilities

• Matchmaking clients with the perfect caregiver
• Work closely with the recruiting team to find well‑matched caregivers
• Prioritize the care and safety of both clients and caregivers
• Schedule appropriate staff to meet client requirements
• Monitor staffing levels
• Quickly resolve any scheduling issues
• Uphold care standards
• Maintain effective communication with caregivers, families, and Cheer Care Managers
• Promote a positive and safe environment for clients and staff
• Work closely with the office team
• Demonstrate excellent communication and problem‑solving skills

Requirements

• Upbeat personality
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to connect and foster trust with caregivers, clients, and Cheer team members
• Strong computer skills
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• 2+ years of Home Care Experience (preferred)
• 2+ years of Scheduling Experience (preferred)
• Ability to pass live scan fingerprint clearance (LIC 9163)
• Ability to secure proof of negative TB results

Schedule

The typical schedule is between 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. or 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Saturday and Sunday.
