Scheduler

About the role

Lead the development, tracking, and management of pre-construction and construction schedules, including self-perform work.

Responsibilities

• Develop bid, proposal, project, and subcontractor schedules
• Perform schedule updates, analyze "as-built" data, and prepare reports
• Flag risks and assist with claims and change orders
• Perform delay, productivity, and cost analyses
• Manage P6 scheduling database
• Conduct schedule training for project teams
• Support project teams with schedule-related decisions and negotiations

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree preferred
• Minimum 7 years of construction experience with 5 years in scheduling
• Proficient in P6, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of critical path method, construction methods, cost accounting, and contract requirements essential

Skills

• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Willingness to travel
