About the role
Lead the development, tracking, and management of pre-construction and construction schedules, including self-perform work.
Responsibilities
- Develop bid, proposal, project, and subcontractor schedules
- Perform schedule updates, analyze "as-built" data, and prepare reports
- Flag risks and assist with claims and change orders
- Perform delay, productivity, and cost analyses
- Manage P6 scheduling database
- Conduct schedule training for project teams
- Support project teams with schedule-related decisions and negotiations
Qualifications
- Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years of construction experience with 5 years in scheduling
- Proficient in P6, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of critical path method, construction methods, cost accounting, and contract requirements essential
Skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Ability to read plans and specifications
- Willingness to travel
