Scheduler
Transdev in Chicago, IL is hiring a Scheduler to intercept customer calls and schedule transportation. We are seeking friendly, customer service-oriented people who are dedicated to safety.

Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and input ride information using a computerized scheduling system.
- Enter new customer information and changes into the system.
- Data entry into spreadsheets and databases.
- Communicate late vehicle service and verifying “No Shows” with customers.
- Resolve service-related complaints.
- Create daily route maps of the reservations for the drivers.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2 years reservationist or customer service experience.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
Physical Requirements
The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
- Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions—100% of the job is performed outside, work alone and in remote locations.
- Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces.
- Push and pull objects up to XX pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level.
- Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.

Pay
Competitive compensation package of minimum $21.15/hour – Maximum $25.85/hour.
