Signature HealthCARE of Ridgely Rehab & Wellness Center is a 100-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center providing a safe, secure environment for those in need of medical care, with specialization in customized dementia and behavioral care for cognitively impaired residents. How You Will Make a Difference

• Manage the overall staffing needs of the Nursing Department in accordance with company policies and governmental regulations so as to maintain excellent care of all resident needs
• Staffing includes scheduling paid time off (PTO), call-ins, reduction in staff when census is low, etc., requiring strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Multi-task in staffing directly related to resident census which can change quickly on a day to day basis
• Responsibility of being on call at times, determined by the Director of Nurses and Administrator
• Assist with Central Supply Duties

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience
• LPN required
• Current/active CPR certification preferred
