Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using specialized software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to establish project requirements, milestones, and critical path activities to create an accurate and feasible project schedule.
- Perform schedule analysis, including critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and resource leveling, to identify potential schedule delays, conflicts, and opportunities for optimization.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on schedule data analysis to support decision-making, mitigate risks, and ensure project objectives are achieved within established timelines and budget constraints.
- Monitor schedule performance, track progress against key milestones, and report on project schedule status, deviations, and variances to project teams and stakeholders.
- Prepare schedule reports, graphical presentations, and visual representations of project schedules for project meetings, progress reviews, and presentations to senior management.
- Support the development of baseline schedules, progress measurement methodologies, and earned value analysis to evaluate project performance and project schedule adherence.
Requirements
- 5-7 years experience in similar roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Scheduler or Scheduler Analyst in large construction projects, with a focus on tunneling or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex project schedules and data.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project management principles, scheduling best practices, and construction methodologies.
Pay
The estimated starting salary for this position is $150k. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
