Join a close-knit Scheduling team that values teamwork, communication, and supporting one another in a fast-paced environment. Our team works to coordinate scheduling across Highpoint Health (Sumner, Riverview, and Trousdale), partnering closely to manage a high volume of patient needs while maintaining accuracy and a positive patient experience. You'll receive hands-on training and support from experienced team members to help you build confidence and succeed independently in the role.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule diagnostic testing, procedures, and other applicable services for patients across Highpoint Health - Sumner, Riverview, and Trousdale facilities.
- Manage a high volume of incoming scheduling requests and patient calls while maintaining accuracy
