Scheduler

About the role

We are a quickly growing company and promote from within. This position is newly available for a Service Department Scheduler at our Oldsmar office. You will work alongside other advisors and schedulers and report to the Call Center Leader.

Responsibilities

• Call, text, and email all customers to remind them they are due for their generator's service
• Schedule appointments
• Grab payment information
• Answer incoming calls and requests

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, with availability on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience in an office setting is preferred but not required — full training is provided
• Hard-working and enjoy taking care of customers
