Scheduler

About the Role

As our Scheduler, you'll be the connection point between residents who need support and caregivers who provide it. You'll coordinate schedules, troubleshoot challenges, support our care team, and help ensure every resident receives outstanding service. This role is ideal for someone who loves organization but also enjoys working with people.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules to ensure residents receive timely, quality care.
• Match residents' needs with the right caregivers.
• Serve as a key resource for caregivers, residents, and families.
• Help ensure services are delivered with compassion, professionalism, and excellence.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to help them succeed.
• Step in to support direct service needs when necessary, including transportation services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous scheduling experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in home care, healthcare, senior living, private duty, or a related field is a plus.
• CPR certification preferred (or ability to obtain after hire).
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance if providing transportation.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities.
