About the role
In this role, you will be a member of our industry-leading planning and scheduling team that avoids costly surprises through the application of proven scheduling and project controls. Our comprehensive schedules ensure that projects are optimally planned, organized, and resourced. Versed in the means and methods of construction, and supported by state-of-the-art software and technology, our team produces projects that are free of surprises. You will support a high-profile entertainment and development program in Orlando, FL.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules.
- Assist in performing detailed cost and schedule analysis.
- Assist with the development of critical monthly progress reports.
- Provide schedule driven key performance indicators (KPI’s).
- Prepare resource and cost loaded schedules.
- Develop 4D/5D modeling (Syncro).
- Provide Risk Management support.
- Provide evaluations through preliminary cost and schedule comparisons.
- Contribute to scope control, change management and associated implications to project cost and scheduling.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Attendance at work during normal business hours.
Requirements
- Experience performing detailed cost and schedule analyses.
- Knowledge of project document control.
- Demonstrated ability to develop high-level logic driven schedules.
- Under minimal supervision, ability to provide forensic scheduling analysis of construction or engineering projects.
- Utilize effective written and oral communication skills.
- Understand how your role contributes to the organization's goals.

Qualifications
- Education: BS in Construction Management or Engineering
- Experience: 3+ years in project scheduling
- Certification: PSP certification preferred
Pay
The salary range for this full-time role is $82,700.00-$110,300.01 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package.
