Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator

We are now hiring a Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator to join our team! Salary Range: $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor monthly, bi-weekly, and daily schedules for nursing staff in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and ensure that adequate staffing is in place to provide high-quality care to our residents.
• Support the nursing team and ensure smooth operations within the facility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state
• Willing to work beyond normal working hours, weekends, holidays, and/or on other shifts and in other positions when necessary
• Knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care

Nice to have

• Related experience in a long-term care, healthcare, or skilled nursing environment
