Scheduler

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily and weekly schedules for field crews, subcontractors, and equipment
• Communicate with project managers and clients on timelines and changes
• Adjust schedules on the fly when weather, materials, or delays throw things off
• Track project progress and flag scheduling conflicts before they become problems
• Keep accurate records in the scheduling software

What They're Looking For

• 1+ years of scheduling, dispatch, or coordination experience (construction/trades a plus, not required)
• Strong communication skills — comfortable talking with crews and clients alike
• Someone who can stay calm and think on their feet when plans change
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling software a plus
