Communication & Intake: Manage incoming phone calls, accurately document messages, and maintain confidential communications between families, care teams, and healthcare professionals. Administrative Support: Fax documents, liaise with physician offices to obtain signed orders, and assist with filing, copying, and preparing client and new-hire packets. On-Call Support: Participate in shared on-call responsibilities as part of the office rotation. General Operations: Assist with additional office tasks and other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.Background in Home Health, Caregiving, or Office Management.Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.High attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Preferred: CNA certification, or prior experience in scheduling, staffing, or hiring.
