Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities
- Scheduling procedures and appointments accurately and efficiently
- Collecting and verifying patient demographic and insurance information
- Providing detailed preparation instructions for clinical exams
- Documenting patient responses to clinical questions
- Communicating scheduling updates with physician offices and hospital teams
- Supporting authorization and payer guideline adherence
- Performing clerical duties including answering phones and data entry
- Affirming workflow coordination and patient inquiries
- Traveling between BayCare locations as needed
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School or Equivalent Education
- One (1) year of experience in one of the following: Business-related field, Healthcare setting, Customer service
