About the role

We're seeking a Scheduler to support large-scale construction projects, including mission-critical and data center facilities. In this role, you'll partner with project managers, field teams, and stakeholders to develop and maintain project schedules that drive successful project execution from planning through completion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Partner with project teams to track progress, identify risks, and develop solutions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Conduct regular site visits to evaluate project status and improve construction sequencing.
  • Prepare schedule updates, forecasts, and progress reports for project leadership.
  • Support Pull Planning, Lean construction initiatives, and project pursuit activities.
  • Collaborate with operations, project controls, and business development teams to support successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of construction scheduling experience.
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of CPM scheduling, construction sequencing, and project controls.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Experience supporting mission-critical, industrial, or data center projects is a plus.

Work Environment & Travel

This role combines office-based work with regular field visits to active construction sites. Candidates should be comfortable working in both office and construction environments, including occasional exposure to varying weather conditions during site visits. Travel is required and may include assignments supporting projects in locations such as Kansas City, MO; Bowling Green, OH; El Paso, TX; Nashville, TN; and Atlanta, GA. Projects are typically long-term and may last 2–3 years. Travel expenses, project relocation costs, per diem, and periodic trips home are provided in accordance with company travel policies.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $43.27 – $57.69/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
