Scheduler
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing schedule tracking and labor projections for multiple projects using standardized company workbooks.
- Develop large project and specific area micro schedules using Microsoft Project or P6.
- Resource load project schedules with labor hours.
- Regularly update and maintain project schedules, labor analysis tools, and track actual hours worked.
- Cook up with the construction team to update schedules for each project.
- Develop impact and multiple scenario schedules.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of experience in a Scheduler position within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze construction schedules.
- Advanced knowledge of construction scheduling.
- Excellent human relations skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in electrical subcontractor construction.
- Experience supporting data center projects.
- Two-year technical or business degree.
Work Environment
This position offers a dynamic work environment with the opportunity to work on-site at the Micron project in Boise, ID, operating on a 60/60/50 schedule. A company phone or allowance is provided, and relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. The role is salaried and part of a strong company culture.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85,000.00 - $100,000.00/yr.
