Scheduler and Central Supply
Position Summary
The primary purpose of your job is to accurately maintain the community nursing staff schedules. Performs other duties as directed by representatives of the community. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration, Human Resources and Nursing Policies and Procedures. You will also administer the distribution and inventory of resident care and community supplies in accordance with Community policies and procedures under the direction of the Administrator and/or authorized department head. As needed, you may work as a CNA, providing a safe environment, giving emotional and social support and attending to the residents’ physical needs and comfort in a SNF setting. Performs direct care to the residents as assigned, in accordance with the resident’s care plan, and as directed by your supervisor. Performs other duties as directed by representatives of the community.
Education & Qualifications
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within the applicable laws of the state in which you work or otherwise possesses the requirements to work as a Nursing Assistant under the laws of that state.
- Able to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position/assignment.
- Previous experience with scheduling preferred but not required.

Shift & Wage
- Full-Time Opportunity Available.
- Shifts Needed: Monday - Friday with some Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00a - 4:30p.
- Manager on Duty Rotation Every 7th Weekend.
- Wage: $21.00 per hour.
