We’re looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused Scenter Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Scenthound center. This is more than a management role. You’ll be the person who brings the team together, creates an exceptional member experience, and makes sure every dog and their owner leaves feeling cared for. - Lead, coach, and motivate a team of dog-loving professionals
- Create a positive, energetic, and team-oriented workplace
- Oversee daily center operations and ensure a consistently great member experience
- Build strong relationships with members and their dogs
- Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee development
