SCarowinds Haunt Operations Attendant

Responsibilities

• Monitor attraction safety and attendance – including indoor mazes and outdoor scare zones
• Enforce park policies and rules for the safety and enjoyment of all
• Aid guests who are lost, frightened, or disoriented
• Handle props and equipment with care
• Stay calm and professional in high-stress situations
• Understand the characters and themes of your assigned area(s)
• Maintain the spooky & theatrical guest experience while remaining firm in giving directions
