Responsibilities
- Ensure RFID gate reads guests passes
- Assist with the orchestration, set up, and breakdown of maze
- Open and close pinch points as needed for maximum traffic flow
- Be aware of all ticket types and prices
- Assist and respond to guest inquiries
- Must have current information about the mountain and events
- Ability to troubleshoot RFID gates and tablet equipment
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be at least 14 years of age or older
- Able to work outside for long periods of time in inclement weather
- Reliable transportation to/from work
- Must be able to work in high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate and problem solve independently
- Must be comfortable working with electronic equipment
- Ability to lift 50lbs on a consistent basis
- Actively pursuing a High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience, preferred

Pay
Paid at $20.00/hr.
Schedule
This is a seasonal position with part-time opportunities. Recruitment for this role will be ongoing through December. The position may be required to work weekends and holidays.
