Responsibilities

• Precisely measures all ingredients for dough mixer to maintain production schedule and formula.
• Maintains appropriate levels of ingredients in all ingredient bins.
• Ensures cleanliness of work area.
• Assists Mixer Operator with heavy lifting and moving dough troughs.
• Practices and complies with all Company policies and procedures, including safety and work rules.
• Performs other duties as directed by supervision, including adherence to work schedules and attendance policies.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g., EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley).
• Demonstrates competency in all on-the-job activities that may directly or indirectly affect product safety, legality, and/or quality.
• Sets brew slurry for mixer to use with raw ingredients.
• Maintains constant interaction with work group and other departments at the primary work location.

Requirements

• No educational prerequisite; must have demonstrated ability to read, comprehend, and record information applicable to the job.
• 1 or more years of related experience (preferred).

Pay

Starting salary: $25.05 per hour.
