Description
- Sets up and operates scales
- Sets up and operates tape machine 8600 and 8610 machines
- Sets up and operates loaf cutter
- Sets up and operates packaging code daters
- Sets up and operates bagging equipment
- Sets up and operates Biro meat saw
- Maintains all production paperwork including HACCP documentation
- Operates Pallet Jack
- Maintains stack boxes
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Demonstrates excellent work habits in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Demonstrates safe working habits
- Able to lift in excess of 50 pounds frequently
- Able to learn and perform all positions
- Able to maintain a clean work station
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work well with others and be a team player
- Able to work any shift, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Able to maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
- Able to assist other team members in other areas
- Able to perform steady and productive work for an extended period of time
- Able to work efficiently with little or no supervision
- Able to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Possesses basic math skills
- Able to communicate effectively
