Scale House Clerk

What You'll Do

• Traffic Management: Central coordinator for all truck traffic.
• Data & Logistics Gatekeeper: Precisely key in all incoming load data.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor dock availability and communicate with yard.
• Team Communication: Radio contact point for the Reject Yard.
• Scale House Stewardship: Maintain an organized scale house environment.

Qualifications For Success

• Tech Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Sharp Thinking: Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions.
• Math Aptitude: Strong numerical reasoning and calculation skills.
• Communication Power: Excellent verbal and written English language skills.

Education & Experience

A post-secondary degree (Associate's, Bachelor's, or Technical School certification) is preferred, but equivalent experience and a proven track record are valued.

Work Environment & Perks

• Base Salary: $33,500 annually.
• Annual Earnings: Up to $46,063 with built-in overtime.

Schedule

This is a 4-shift rotational schedule covering our 24/7 operation, including 12-hour shifts.
