Scaffold Leadmen - SIGN-ON BONUS

A sign-on bonus is available for qualified Scaffold Leadmen; eligibility requires a commitment to remain employed for a specified period of time. Responsibilities

• Direct field personnel and ensure all work is completed safely, per the scope of work, on time, and within budget.
• Apply field take-off, material requisitions, material logistics, and effective pre-job planning.
• Assist the Foreperson with the supervision of craft personnel in a crew leader capacity.
• Serve as the front-line contact for safety, quality, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and awareness of hazardous conditions.

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience assisting the Foreperson with supervision of craft personnel.
