Patient Access Team Lead - Sign-On Bonus

About the role

This Patient Access role supports the Neuroscience and Behavioral Health departments in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and prioritize duties to ensure efficient operations
• Provide first-level support, monitor operational functions, and ensure timely patient and customer interactions
• Develop and track departmental metrics, generate reports, and identify workflow improvements
• Train, coach, and guide team members to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity
• Manage escalations, address onsite patient concerns, and maintain compliance
• Perform tasks such as scheduling, participate in meetings, and support special projects

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of healthcare and scheduling experience
• Excellent communication, adaptability, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Preferred leadership experience

Schedule

Flexible work hours between 6:30am–8:00pm CST, Monday–Friday.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $20–$36/hour based on experience.
