About the role
The PMO team is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of project delivery across multiple projects and initiatives. This includes overseeing project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring compliance with project management methodologies and standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Oversee risk management processes to mitigate potential issues and ensure project success.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project-related issues and improve processes.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management or related field.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Experience with project budgeting and cost control.
- Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Pay
- Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
