SCA Supply Technician (Doral, FL) with Security Clearance

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to apply stock control practices: bin / location management, reorder levels, due-ins / due-outs, backorder tracking, and reconciliation.
• Carry out and document cyclic inventories and / or wall-to-wall inventories; investigate and correct variances with supporting documentation.
• Maintain audit-ready accountability for equipment / material including: Sensitive / controlled items handling procedures, Custody transfer documentation and chain-of-custody principles and an understanding of property book / accountability concepts.
• Perform receiving inspections; identify overages / shortages / damages; prepare discrepancy documentation, prepare outbound shipments with correct packing, labeling, and shipping documentation and coordinate with transportation / shipping functions and comply with packaging / packing standards.
• Generate routine reports (inventory accuracy, due-outs, turn-ins, receiving status) and brief results to government leads.

Requirements

• U.S. citizen.
• Active TS/SCI clearance upon hiring.
• High School Diploma or GED with minimum 7 years of experience in Property Accountability Management, including experience with DoD property book systems, tactical property books, or equivalent military / federal property management systems.
• Must possess Forklift and other Material Handling Equipment certifications.

Physical Requirements

• Sitting or standing for extended periods of time as well as repeated walking.
• Mobility, including but not limited to bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner.
• Possibility of walking moderate to long distances due to parking availability and location of work.
• Able to lift 30 pounds unassisted.

Pay

Rivet Operations Company LLC reserves the right to change or modify job duties and assignments at any time. The posted salary range is USD $33.99 - USD $37.39 /Hr.
