What You’ll Do
- Provide oversight at the direction of management on site to coordinate routine work activities of SCA Cook II and lower-level service employees engaged in food operations.
- Supports management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.
- Prepares in menu items in large quantities, by various cooking methods.
- Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
- Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
