SBI Flight Test Support - Mission Management

Job Description

The Analyst/Engineer will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Director for Flight Test Integrated Execution (DTFI), Mission Management (DTFI-M) organization in support of the Space Based Interceptor (SBI) program. Key responsibilities include:

• Aid in coordination, integration, and execution across all phases of mission flight test events.
• Develop and coordinate mission support documentation, executive/technical briefings, and other administrative tasks.
• Prepare decision-quality materials such as executive level briefings and supporting documentation.
• Assist with the development of planning meetings, MDA technical reviews, and other meetings.
• Support the Advanced and Intermediate Analysts by developing and reviewing responses/inputs to MDA and DT Program Office-generated actions.
• Provide on-site support to System Mission Managers (SMM) at deployed locations for assigned flight test missions.
• Participate in weekly test community meetings and working groups.

Required Skills

• Education: BA/BS in a field pertinent to the position being filled, or five (5) years relevant experience may be substituted.
• Experience: No direct MDA experience required.
• Clearance: Minimum SECRET clearance required.
• Travel: Travel is required (20% of travel is required and may include overseas locations).
