Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Processes deposits to customer accounts, verifying cash, endorsements, and providing receipts
- Cash checks for customers and non-customers
- Processes and records the sale of monetary instruments
- Fills out and files all required reports related to large cash transactions and monetary instrument sales
- Engages in the sales process by identifying potential financial needs and making appropriate referrals to platform staff
Basic Administrative Functions
- Prepares and processes cash orders as directed
Job Requirements
- Flexible scheduling based on bank hours, including Saturdays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic knowledge of keyboard and computer skills
- Basic arithmetic skills with the use of a calculator
- Basic business acumen and professionalism
- Ability to build strong relationships and alliances across the organization
- Able to adapt to change, be highly motivated, and reliable
- Reliable transportation
- Fluent in written and verbal English

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Up to one year of teller or cash handling experience with accurate balancing record
- Customer service experience and/or sales experience preferred
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
- Normal business office environment
- May require occasional lifting and standing
