SBA Loan Servicing Manager
About the role
Peachtree Group is seeking an experienced Senior SBA 7(a) Loan Servicing Manager to provide senior-level oversight and management of the ongoing servicing, administration, and risk monitoring of the firm’s SBA 7(a) loan portfolio. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert on SBA servicing requirements and will be responsible for managing complex servicing matters, identifying and mitigating portfolio risk, and ensuring compliance with applicable SBA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), regulatory requirements, and internal policies. The ideal candidate will bring broad, hands-on SBA 7(a) loan servicing expertise across performing and distressed assets, including collections, workouts, bankruptcy, foreclosure, REO, secondary market matters, SBA reporting, and guaranty purchase processes.
